KEAM 2019 eligibility criteria, age eligibility: KEAM 2019 examination will be held to admit the students for all government and private institutes based in Kerala.
In order to be eligible for KEAM 2019 examinations, the candidates should have cleared their 10+ 2 or Diploma degrees with PCM or PCB. As this is an examination that is held for entering in the undergraduate courses the applicants should have reached the age of seventeen before December 2017. There is no maximum age to apply for this examination.

The candidates with PCM specialization in twelfth, can opt for all engineering courses, while those who have specialized in PCB, can opt for all courses except the engineering ones. In addition to this, the candidates should have scored at least 50 % total aggregate in their final examination as well as 50% in their core subject i.e. maths or biology. As for diploma students, they would also need a minimum of 50% to apply for the KEAM 2019.
The KEAM age criteria, eligibility criteria that are mentioned above are the basic requirement to apply to the KEAM 2019, but each institute has different sets of eligibility and age criteria. These criteria are mentioned in the prospectus for each individual institute, so it is advisable for the candidates to go through the prospectus of each institute in detail before applying for the same. The candidates would also need to clear the cut-offs in order to be eligible to be screened for a particular institute.
